Nick Collins established CTS in 1997. Since its incorporation, Nick and the CTS team have continued to work hard to ensure delivery of services and solutions remains based on its founding values: excellence, adaptability, strategic focus and integrity.

All four principles support the business imperative; our effectiveness as an organisation and our ability to grow and succeed. Applying to all, they must be instinctive in our behaviour and not be about what to think, but rather how to think.

As a forward thinking company, we continue to expand our core services and accreditations to ensure we offer a most comprehensive service to our customers. From our roots as a UK road courier company, CTS has progressed and expanded to become a specialist in global logistics for government and defence sectors, with services comprising road, air and sea freight transportation as well as 3PL, secure warehousing and screening services.

In addition, CTS holds Regulated Agent status; we are IATA accredited, certified as a member of the Approved Community under the UK/US Defence Trade Cooperation Treaty (DTCT), Home Office Section 5 authorised and a member of the FTA (Freight Transport Association), BIFA (British International Freight Association) and FIATA.
