We are currently recruiting for a Business Quality Manager to join our team.
Reporting to: Head of Finance.
In this role, you will play an integral part within the business, managing a rapidly expanding office and workplace on a day-to-day basis, and support the Board & SMT with the wider, global business structure from an operational perspective.
You will ensure a Company-wide, consistent excellence in quality of service provision by managing the development and enforcement of good practices and systems through the validation of processes and the control of documentation.
Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
To be responsible for the delivery of ISO Quality and compliance, and ensuring the accreditations held by CTS are compliantly delivered and remain valid.
ISO Systems Management:
- Own and manage Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Information Security ISO systems.
- Ensure all ISO systems are compliant with current regulations and standards.
Quality Assurance:
- Design and implement quality standards, procedures, and processes.
- Review existing procedures to ensure they meet current guidelines.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Incident and Compliance Management:
- Investigate and complete incident reports, ensuring thorough resolution.
- Monitor, document amendments, and distribute relevant legislation and communication.
- Ensure the implementation of updated regulations and guidelines.
Document Management:
- Oversee the document management system, including control of records, filing, and archiving.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices.
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare and present performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) analysis and ensure continuous improvement.
Supplier and Subcontractor Management:
- Conduct analysis and assessments of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage general office suppliers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department and across the business.
- Implement strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and quality performance.
Business Support
- Bid & Tender document preparation
- Support in Bid and Tender meetings where necessary
- Support with Dashboard – operational performance and other relevant data
- Provide advice and support on analytical outcomes
- Analysis of Data and presentation
General
- General Office management
- Meeting with external visitors, ensuring the signing-in procedure is adhered to.
- Management of facilities, contractors and suppliers

Key Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in quality management within a logistics or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong I.T. literacy, being proficient in the use of MS Office Applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Power BI Excel, and PowerPoint.

This role requires strength of character and to be able to demonstrate being able to see a project through from start to finish with an excellent conclusion.
Security vetting is a requirement for all roles at CTS and any offers of employment are made subject to obtaining and maintaining the necessary security clearance. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and will be required to provide proof of 5 years’ UK residency
Qualifications
- Business Administration level 2/3 minimum
- Experience within the same/similar role 3 years minimum.
