CTS / AWE delivery booking

This page contains all the essential information you need to ensure effective and compliant delivery onto site at AWE Aldermaston.

All deliveries will be subject to a security check. Please read the below information and our AWE Site Restrictions and Driver and Vehicle Requirements before you book a delivery. Failure to meet any of the conditions will result your delivery being refused.

Please note, an AWE Visitor pass will be required in addition to the below booking requirements for any work that will be conducted while on site. AWE Visitor passes should be requested from the AWE Pass office.

Direct deliveries

Direct delivery to AWE Aldermaston is only permitted for items that are over 1.6m tall, 1.6m wide and 2.5m long. Delivery of all other items should be sent to Goods In at CTS Logistics, Unit 43 Easter Park, Silchester, Reading RG7 2PQ.

High security site

All drivers entering AWE Aldermaston will be subject to security check by CTS Logistics. This will include checking that the driver, delivery and vehicle details match the information that you provided when booking. We will also check that the driver and vehicle are fit to enter the site.

Book a delivery

Deliveries are accepted between 08:30 and 15:30, Monday to Friday and must be made in advance. Bookings must be made at least 24hrs before the desired delivery date (72hrs for abnormal loads).

Escorted deliveries can stay on AWE sites for a maximum of two hours. If longer, the delivery and driver will need to be booked in separately.

When you submit the form, the CTS Bookings Team will review your delivery information and send you a new email containing a link to book a suitable delivery time.

Once the delivery details have been approved and a time is selected, you will receive a confirmation that must be presented by the driver when they arrive on site. If a driver is unable to show proof of delivery booking, the delivery will be delayed and could be refused:
